Eligibility
Criteria: A candidate who passes final BDS examination from a
recognized Dental College, and who has obtained final registration either from
the Dental Council of India or from any State Dental Council, after completing
one year compulsory rotatory internship, will be eligible to appear for AIPGDET-2015
Candidate who has not completed one year compulsory
rotatory internship and is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March 2015 can appear for the AIPGDET-2015
Candidate who is yet to complete his/her internship
should submit a certificate from Principal/Dean Dental College, regarding the
likely date of completion of the internship
Candidate who is previously registered and is pursuing or
completing the same course

Candidate should possess Dental qualification recognized by Dental Council of
India, included in the schedule of the Indian Dental Act. 1948; the candidate
will have to obtain registration of Dental Council of India, before joining
Entrance
Test
Post Graduate aspirant will be required to submit
prescribed form of the AIPGDET-2015
The eligible candidate is required to attend the
AIPGDET-2015 at his/her own cost
The examination medium will be English AIPGDET-2015
paper will be of one and half hours duration, containing 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ) Questions will be single best
response objective type with four choices
Each correct response will be awarded one mark
There will be no negative
marking for wrong answer
Admit
Card
The candidate shall fill the relevant information in the
admit card and dispatch the same to the university along with his/her entrance
test application form
The admit card will be sent by post/courier on the
address of the candidate two weeks before the entrance test
In case, the candidate does not receive the admit card or
the admit card is lost, he/she should contact the Controller of Examinations
(Tel 020-27420156) Office, Pune immediately for the issue of duplicate admit
card
Result
The result and the merit list will be displayed on the Vidyapeeth
notice board and will also be made available on the Vidyapeeth website www.dpu.edu.in
Results of the individual candidate will not be
communicated on telephone or post
There will be no rechecking/revaluation of answer sheets
and verification of marks of AIPGDET-2015

Post Graduate aspirant will be required to submit
prescribed form of the AIPGDET-2015,
which is included in this information brochure
Information brochure along with blank application form
will be available at the University Office on payment of Rs.1500/- cash or demand
draft in favour of the Registrar, Dr
DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, payable at Pune
drawn on a nationalized/scheduled bank
If required by post, the candidates will have to send a
demand draft of Rs.1750/-
Candidates should fill in the application form in his/her
own handwriting clearly and legibly
The examination
fee for AIPGDET-2015 is Rs.2000/-
and for late submission is Rs.2500/-
which should be paid at the time of submission of application form in the form
of demand draft drawn on a nationalized bank in favour of the Registrar, Dr DY Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune,
payable at Pune
The downloaded application form, duly filled in, along
with necessary documents and a demand
draft of Rs.3750/- (covering
form fee plus test fee plus postage) should reach the university office before
the last date of submission of form
The candidate should submit photocopies of the following
documents along with the application form; statement of marks of I/II/III/IV
BDS examination; attempt certificate; BDS degree/passing certificate;
internship completion certificate; registration certificate (DCI/State DC); age
and nationality certificate; bonafide certificate from Dean; transfer
certificate; migration certificate; proof of date of birth; two recent
photographs, taken from same negative, without cap or goggles, taken within
last six months, one should be pasted on the application form, duly attested by
the Principal/Dean of the College or any Gazetted Officer, the other should be
stapled to the application form; demand draft of the requisite amount
The choice of course made by the candidate is final and
binding and will not be altered later under any circumstances
